Your account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access your account or place bets using your account. You must not transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of your account to another party. Commercial use of our services through a single account is prohibited.
You may fund your 29toto account using the payment methods we make available, including bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (08:00-20:00 WIB) are typically processed instantly. Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to be credited to your account.
All deposit transactions must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the sender. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to meeting our verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless alternative arrangements have been approved by our compliance team.
Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours for verified accounts. VIP members receive priority processing with expedited timelines. All withdrawals are subject to our anti-money laundering policies and may be delayed or declined if suspicious activity is detected. You must wager your deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal; otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of up to 5% of the withdrawal amount.

All bets placed through 29toto are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any bet in whole or in part at our sole discretion, particularly if we believe the bet is placed in violation of these terms or for fraudulent purposes. Once accepted, a bet cannot be canceled, amended, or withdrawn by you. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details before confirming the transaction.
We offer a wide range of betting markets including sports betting on football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports, as well as casino games, slot games, and lottery draws including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). Each betting market has specific rules, odds, and settlement procedures detailed on the respective betting pages.
All odds displayed on our platform are subject to change without notice until your bet is confirmed. Odds may fluctuate based on market conditions, betting volumes, and event developments. For live betting markets, odds are updated in real-time. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we are not responsible for any errors in odds or results. If an obvious error is detected (often called "palpable error"), we reserve the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or authoritative source for each market. For sports betting, we use official league or tournament results. For togel lottery draws, we use results published by the official Indonesian lottery authority. Settlement times vary by market but generally occur within 24 hours of the event conclusion. If an event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, settlement rules specific to that market will apply as detailed in our betting rules.

Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. You must read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and other conditions.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus and any winnings from it become withdrawable.
